Hours of operation:     9:00am to 6:00pm     Monday through Thursday
If you call after hours, you will be contacted the next business day. If you need an appointment outside of our regular business hours, we will consider your request. If you are in an emergency situation, please call 911.

Counseling fees: $135.00 per 50 minute session
Forms of payment accepted:     Cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Merchant Services

Please note: Coastal Counseling is an “out of network” provider. We do not accept your insurance directly. We will assist you with a “superbill” which can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursements. A superbill is a weekly or monthly summary of your payments that insurance companies use to process reimbursements. You should contact your insurance company and ask them what their reimbursement terms are for therapy sessions. Please be aware that if you choose to submit a superbill to your insurance company, your private medical information will be released. This may impact your future insurance coverage, rates and reimbursement.

We understand that sometimes conflicts arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please attempt to contact us within 24 hours or you may be billed for a full session.
